- Digital print and academic utilities (if enabled)
Campusify Engage operates as a B2C student platform, independent of institutional licensing agreements.
2Eligibility

6User-Generated Content
By uploading content (notes, discussions, materials), you retain ownership of your content, grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and display the content within the Platform, and agree that we may remove content violating policies.
7Payments & Refunds
If premium features or paid services are introduced: Payments will be processed via secure third-party payment gateways. Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated. Pricing may change at any time.
8Data Protection & Privacy
We collect and process personal details (Name, Email, Phone), academic preferences, and usage data & device information. Data handling is governed by our separate Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
9Intellectual Property
All software, branding, design, and proprietary technology are owned by SYNERGIZING FUTURE OUTCOMES AND REVOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. Users may not copy, distribute, or modify platform code, use branding without written permission, or create derivative works from the Platform.
10Service Availability
We aim to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee continuous uptime, error-free functionality, or compatibility with all devices. We may update, modify, or discontinue features without prior notice.
11Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, remove objectionable content, or restrict access if required by law. Users may discontinue use at any time.
12Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided on an “as-is” basis. The Company shall not be liable for academic performance outcomes, career decisions, user disputes, or indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed any amount paid (if applicable) in the last 12 months.
13Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
